Add Video Appointment Types

To differentiate video calls from other types of service appointments, add Video picklist values to the Default Appointment Type Picklist.

1. From Setup, choose Object Manager, then find and select the Service Appointment object.
2. Select Fields & Relationships.
3. Select Appointment Type.
4. In the Default Appointment Type Values section, click New.
5. Add the picklist value Video.
6. Save your changes.
