Configure External Video Service
Virtual Calls integrates with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Chime SDK to offer your users an easy-to-use, feature-rich video platform. You must work with your AWS admin to complete the integration.
The Guidance for Configuring Virtual Calls on Salesforce Using Amazon Chime. This page includes detailed information about the architecture, security, and product used to create the virtual care video services. The AWS admin can follow instructions for predeployment, deployment, and upgrading an existing deployment.

The Service Account—AWS username is populated with Virtual Calls User. Create this user by choosing a password.
After the Virtual Calls user is created, then create an access key. This access key includes a Client ID and Client secret. You use these values to create a Named Credential in Salesforce.
