Get Your Org Ready for Virtual Calls Self-Service

Virtual Calls Self-Service uses OmniStudio, Salesforce Scheduler, and Virtual Calls. Verify that all of these features are enabled and configured.

  1. Verify the Omnistudio package is installed.
  2. Verify Omnistudio settings are configured.
    1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Omnistudio, and then select OmniStudio Settings.
    2. Disable Managed Package RunTime.
  3. Enable Salesforce Scheduler.
    1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Salesforce Scheduler, and then select Salesforce Scheduler Settings.
  4. Verify Video Calls is enabled.
    1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Video Call, and then select Video Call Settings.
    2. If not already done, enable Video Calls and accept the agreement.
