Verify Virtual Calls Self-Service Licenses and Permissions for Admins

Virtual Calls Self-Service requires that admins are assigned OmniStudio and Community or Community Plus licenses.

Verify that you have the necessary licenses and permissions required to set up Virtual Calls Self-Service.

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Company Information, and then select Company Information.
  2. Confirm that the admin user has these Permission Set Licenses:
    1. OmniStudio
    2. OmniStudio User
    3. Salesforce Scheduler
  3. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
  4. Confirm that the admin user has these permissions:
    1. Video Calls
    2. Video Calls for Experience Cloud
    3. OmniStudio Admin
