Verify Virtual Calls Self-Service Licenses and Permissions for Admins
Virtual Calls Self-Service requires that admins are assigned OmniStudio and Community or Community Plus licenses.
Verify that you have the necessary licenses and permissions required to set up Virtual Calls Self-Service.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Company Information, and then select Company Information.
- Confirm that the admin user has these Permission Set Licenses:
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
