Set Up an Experience Site for Self-Service Virtual Calls

Create an Experience Cloud site with self-service appointment and video visit capabilities so that your customers can self-schedule their video appointments.

Digital Experiences must be enabled to complete these steps.

  1. From Setup, under Digital Experiences, click All Sites.
  2. Click Builder next to an existing site or click New to create a site.
    1. Select a template and click Get Started.
    2. Enter the Name.
    3. Enter the URL.
    4. Click Create.
    5. Click Builder.
  3. In the Builder navigation bar, click the dropdown next to the page name.
  4. Click New Page.
    Use a Standard page with Flexible Layout and create four pages with these attributes.

    Note
    Note The Builder appends the API name you enter with __c so that your API names use the appropriate format. For example, if you enter Schedule_Appointment, the API name for the page is Schedule_Appointment__c.
  5. Add the OmniScript component to the Schedule Appointment page and configure as shown in the tables.

  1. On the Video Visit page, add the Video Call component.
  2. Publish the Experience site.
  3. Navigate to the Administration Workspace and add profiles and permission sets.
    1. In Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Digital Experiences, and then select All Sites.
    2. Select Workspaces next to the patient’s Experience site.
    3. Click the Administration tile.
    4. Click Members.
    5. Add the System Administrator profiles to the Selected Profiles.
    6. Add the Health Cloud Admin, Health Cloud Permission Set License, and Health Cloud Standard permission sets to the Selected Permission Sets.
    7. Save your work.
  4. On the Administration panel, click Settings and Activate the Experience site.
