View Actionable List Members
Manage your agents and business efficiently by using the Actionable List Members component. Select an actionable list to view the associated prospects in the Actionable List Members component.

Note The Actionable List Members component sorts the prospects by the record creation
date of the prospects in the descending order.
Each record in the component includes:
| COLUMN | DESCRIPTION |
|---|---|
| Reference Record | Name of the prospect. |
| Actionable List Member Status | Status of engagement with the prospect. |
| Assignee | Name of the agent that the prospect is assigned to. |
| Last Modified Date | The date and time when the record was last modified. |
- To see key information about the actionable list at a glance, see the highlights panel (1).
- To perform an action on several prospects, select up to 200 records and click a bulk action button, such as Change Assignee (2), on Bulk Action Panel.

To search for a prospect, enter the prospect’s name in the search field (3),
and either press Return or Enter, or click outside the search field. You can
clear the search results by clicking
in the search field.

To add or remove columns, click
(4).
The Select Columns window opens. You can't remove the columns with
next to their names. You can add up to 15 columns, including
the locked columns, from the base object that's used to create the actionable
list. - To view a prospect, click the prospect’s name (5).

To get a quick preview of the prospect without navigating out of the page,
click
(6).

To wrap or clip the text in columns, click
in the column headers and select the relevant option
(7).
- To sort the columns alphabetically, click the column headers (8). Sometimes when you sort the prospect list using the Actionable List Status, Actionable List Member Status, or Assignee status column, you’re unable to see the sorted list because you don’t have access to all the prospect records in the actionable list. To see the list of prospects, refresh the page.
- To view the details of the assignee, click the assignee's name (9).

To change the status of engagement with a prospect, click
, and then click Change Status
(10).
- Create Action Plans by Using Prebuilt Bulk Action
List creators can generate action plans for multiple actionable list members and assign action items to various colleagues as defined in the action plan template.
