Each record in the component includes:

Reference Record Name of the prospect.
Actionable List Member Status Status of engagement with the prospect.
Assignee Name of the agent that the prospect is assigned to.

          The Actionable List Members component
          • To see key information about the actionable list at a glance, see the highlights panel (1).
          • To perform an action on several prospects, select up to 200 records and click a bulk action button, such as Change Assignee (2), on Bulk Action Panel.
          • To search for a prospect, enter the prospect’s name in the search field (3), and either press Return or Enter, or click outside the search field. You can clear the search results by clicking Cross icon in the search field.
          • To add or remove columns, click Select columns icon (4).
The Select Columns window opens. You can't remove the columns with Lock icon next to their names. You can add up to 15 columns, including the locked columns, from the base object that's used to create the actionable list.
          • To view a prospect, click the prospect’s name (5).
          • To get a quick preview of the prospect without navigating out of the page, click Information icon (6).
          • To wrap or clip the text in columns, click Down arrow icon in the column headers and select the relevant option (7).
          • To sort the columns alphabetically, click the column headers (8). Sometimes when you sort the prospect list using the Actionable List Status, Actionable List Member Status, or Assignee status column, you’re unable to see the sorted list because you don’t have access to all the prospect records in the actionable list. To see the list of prospects, refresh the page.
          • To view the details of the assignee, click the assignee's name (9).
          • To change the status of engagement with a prospect, click Down arrow icon, and then click Change Status (10).
