          View the Status of Your Batch Run

          Use this page to view the status of server batch processes and monitor the processes. The status is available only if you enabled the monitoring process in Processing Services.

          From the App Launcher, go to All Items Batch Run Status.
          The Batch Run Status Detail page shows this information.
          FieldDescription
          Batch Information 
          Batch NameName of the batch process.
          Batch ChainProcess chain ID. The ID is the same for all the processes that are included in a process chain and is used to determine the processes that belong to the same process worker.
          Job NameJob name under which the process is scheduled.
          Process CountTotal number of process instances that are involved in job processing.
          Batch StateState of the batch. The system shows one of these options:
          • Running
          • Error
          • Done
          • Fatal
          Note
          Note If the process experiences any error, the system selects the value of Batch State as Error. The process continues to run despite the error, but the status remains the same.
          Batch TypeType of the batch. The system shows one of these options:
          • Worker: Used by Processing Services worker processes.
          • APEX: Used by Salesforce APEX batch processes.
          • Managed: Used by Processing Services-managed batch processes.
          • Web: Used by loaders.
          Sales OrgSales org for which the batch process is run.
          Transaction IDLog transaction ID that's assigned to the batch process. Use the ID to fetch log messages of the process.
          Runtime Information 
          Start DateStart date and time of the server process.
          End DateEnd date and time of the server process.
          Duration TimeDuration of the batch in milliseconds. This is shown only for the processes for which the Batch State is Done.
          Last Update DateDate and time at which the server process was last updated for this sales org.
          Progress Current Value

          Progress of the batch process.

          For example, for a batch process, a progress value of 24 of 30 indicates that the system has processed 24 promotions out of the 30 total promotions.

          Items ScheduledNumber of job items that were scheduled for the job.
          Items DoneNumber of job items that were processed successfully.
          Items ErrorNumber of job items that resulted in an error.

          The Batch Run Status Details related list shows the records of the progress of the batch process. The system creates records at the interval that's configured in Processing Services. For example, if you configure the progress interval to 3,00,000 milliseconds, the system creates a record of the progress of the batch process in the Batch Run Status Details related list every five minutes.

          Entry DateDate of the entry of the record.
          Detail TypeThe possible values are:
          • Progress
          • KPI
          • Error
          KPI ValueJSON construct that contains information about the KPIs that are relevant for the batch process execution. The system shows this value only if the Detail Type is KPI.
          Progress ValueProgress of the batch process. The system shows this value only if the Detail Type is Progress.
          Error ValueAny error that the batch process experiences. The system shows this value only if the Detail Type is Error.
