Working With Agentforce for TPM
After the TPM Agentforce is set up, key account managers can use the TPM agent to view account and promotion measures. They can also create or update promotions.

When you request to see measures, the TPM agent checks if you have read access for the relevant accounts and at least one product category. - Use Case: Update and Copy Promotion
The KAM agent can edit and copy records by executing the underlying Promotion BO API workflows. The KAM agent executes Promotion BO API workflows to handle promotion records. The TPM KAM agent can copy promotions and update certain fields in existing promotions. This pilot doesn't include creating promotions. It also doesn't include deriving promotions.
