Role-Based Permissions for B2B Referral Management Salesforce admins provide access to features based on the user's role in the company. For B2B Referral Management, admins provide themselves, channel managers, and business executives the permissions they require to work with referrals. Depending on the user’s role, determine which permission sets are assigned to users.
Matching Rules and Duplicate Rules for Business Accounts and Leads When running a referral program, partners and their referred parties might attempt to sign up multiple times. Create duplicate rules and matching rules to avoid creating duplicate accounts for advocates and duplicate lead and account records for referred parties.
Add the Extended Rewards Related List to Business Account In B2B Referral Management orgs, advocates have Account and Loyalty Program Member records, while referred parties have Lead, Opportunity, and Account records. Channel managers can view extended rewards that are issued to advocates and their referred parties on their Account and Loyalty Program Member records. Channel managers can view issued extended rewards on Loyalty Program Member records by default. To also view issued vouchers on Account records, add the Vouchers related list to Account page layout.
Page Layout Customizations If you enable B2B Referral Management, Loyalty Management, and Referral Marketing in the same org, the admin must update the page layouts of a few objects that B2B Referral Management, Loyalty Management, and Referral Marketing share.
