Assign Users the Permission Sets to Work with B2B Referral Management

Assign channel managers the permission set that they require to design and run referral programs.

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Referral Marketing

Here is the permission set that channel managers need:

NAME USE BUSINESS REQUIREMENT
Manage B2B Referrals Access to the Referral Management app. Channel managers can go to the B2B Referral Management app and view records in the app.
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
  2. Open the user record of the partner manager.
  3. Click Permission Set Assignments | Edit Assignments.
  4. Move the Manage B2B Referrals permission set to the Enabled Permission Sets list.
  5. Save your changes.
