| A promotion rule has multiple eligibility criteria | In the What Customers Get section of promotion rules that are created by using the Build Your Own Promotion template, add up to 7 eligibility criteria and each criteria consists of up to 5 conditions. The aggregate condition is calculated as two criteria. If you use the aggregate condition in your rule, then you can add up to 5 criteria. |
| A promotion rule offers multiple rewards to customers | In the What Customers Get section of promotion rules, you can add up to 10 rewards for each promotion rule. |
| A promotion rule offers different rewards to different customer groups | In the What Customers Get section of promotion rules, you can offer rewards to different customer groups.
