            Promotion Configuration API

            Use the Promotion Configuration API to access and export active promotion configurations.

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Real-Time Offer Management

            Developers and system integrators use the API's response to export a promotion's configuration to external systems that aren't connected to Salesforce, such as an offline POS. By doing this, your company can manage promotions in Salesforce and apply promotions for customer orders on disconnected systems that interact with customers and manage their orders.

            The API response includes a promotion's definition, eligibility criteria, rules, limits, and related rule library version. Behind the scenes, Global Promotions Management uses Business Rules Engine to store the configuration of promotions.

            Note
            Note The Promotion Configuration API response doesn't include the coupons associated with a promotion. To find the coupons associated with a promotion, run the sObject API for the Coupon object. You can filter the API's response by running the API with the ID of the promotion you want to find coupons for.
