Promotion Evaluation and Execution API show the promotional details in the translated languages.
The promotion’s display language depends on the default language of the user who runs the
API.

How to Achieve It
Show translated promotions on external sites
The language selected in Salesforce for the integration user who runs the API
must be the same as the language in which you want to show promotions on the external
site.
Show translated promotions on Experience Cloud sites
The promotions are shown in the language selected in Salesforce for the logged-in
user.
If promotions aren’t translated in the user’s selected language, promotions are shown in the
language in which they were created. This display applies to both integration and Experience
Cloud users.
