You can run promotions on Experience Cloud sites for your logged-in customers. Unauthenticated guest users of the site can’t view or apply promotions.

You can configure your Experience Cloud site to run the Get Eligible API and Promotion Evaluation and Execution API. Provide Experience Cloud site users access to required Global Promotions Management contact records so that logged-in site users can view details for eligible and applied promotions.
