          Extend Standard Context Definition

          Extend Standard Context Definition

          The standard CartDetailGetEligiblePromotion context definition consists of nodes and context tags that are required to configure pricing promotions with different types of promotion and promotion rule eligibility criteria. To enable marketing managers to use the standard context definition for pricing promotions, admins extend and activate the standard context definition.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: EnterpriseUnlimited, and Developer Editions with Real-Time Offer Management
          User Permissions Needed
          To clone and edit context definitions: Context Service Admin permission set
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Context Definitions, and then select Context Definitions.
          2. Click Standard Definitions.
          3. Click Dropdown next to CartDetailGetEligiblePromotion and select Extend.
          4. Name the context definition.
          5. Click Next | Next | Next.
          6. Save your changes.
          7. Click Custom Definitions and open the context definition that you created.
          8. Click Map Data.
          9. Click Dropdown next to MapCartValueLoyaltyObjectField and select Edit.
          10. Select Mark as Default and click Map.
            Context Mapping opens in a new tab.
          11. Go back to the Context Definitions list view.
          12. Click Dropdown next to the context definition you created and select Activate.
