Promotion launch emails are sent to the promotion’s eligible audience from an
organization-wide email address. The admin works with the marketing manager to decide the name and
address of the email that’s used to send the emails. Then, the admin has to add the email as an
organization-wide email address.

To create an organization-wide address
Modify All Data
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Organization-Wide
Addresses, and then select Organization-Wide
Addresses.
Click New.
Enter the display name and email address of the organization-wide email address.
Select the purpose of the organization-wide email address.
Save your changes

You can set the display name and email address as per the name of the promotion.
