  • Email Template
  • Engagement Channel Type
  • Internal Organization Unit
  • Segment—Required only if marketing managers use Data Cloud segments to decide the promotions’ eligible audience.
  • Voucher Definition
  • Promotion
  • Promotion Channel
  • Promotion Limit
  • Promotion Market Segment—Required only if marketing managers use Data Cloud segments to decide the promotions’ eligible audience.
  • Promotion Product
  • Promotion Product Category

Ensure that you include all the fields of the Global Promotions Management objects in the Synchronized Data Sources.

  1. Create syncronized data sources in Contact Builder for the Global Promotions Management objects.
  2. After the data source is synchronized, review the synchronized data extension that’s automatically created for each data source.
    1. From the Contact Builder, click Data Extensions.
    2. Click Syncronized Data Extensions.
    3. To review the details of the data that’s stored in the data extension, open the data extension.
