The Marketing Cloud Connect API user connects the Global Promotions Management org and the Marketing Cloud Engagement instance. To ensure that Global Promotions Management data is sent to the connected Engagement instance, provide the Marketing Cloud Engagement Connect API user access to Global Promotions Management and its objects.
