            Assign Permission Set to Activate Promotions

            A permission set named Marketing Cloud Authorization is created when you connect Global Promotions Management with a Marketing Cloud Engagement business unit. Users with this permission set can activate pricing promotions and launch the automated process to create journeys in the connected Engagement business unit for the activated promotion. Assign the authorization permission set to marketing managers or other users who activate promotions.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Real-Time Offer Management
            User Permissions Needed
            To assign permission sets:

            Assign Permission Sets

            AND

            View Setup and Configuration
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets, and then select Permission Sets.
            2. Click Marketing Cloud Authorization.
            3. Click Manage Assignments | Add Assignment.
            4. Select the users who require the permission to activate promotions.
            5. Save your changes.
