Permissions to Create Eligible Audience for Promotions
Global Promotions Management provides the capability to decide the eligible audience for
promotions. A promotion’s eligible audience can be a Data Cloud segment or members of a campaign.
Marketing managers can create targeted segments or campaigns for each promotion and then select
the segment or campaign as the promotion’s target audience. Provide marketing managers the
permission to create segments and campaigns in the org.
