Global Promotions Management has varying user roles based on company requirements. Assign users permissions to create and manage a product portfolio, configure pricing procedures, and view promotions.

User Business Requirement Permission Set
Product Designer Users can create and manage products, product categories, product attributes, product components, product relationships, and Qualification Rules. The Product Designer also assigns products to product categories. Product Catalog Management Designer
Pricing Admin Users can configure a pricing procedure and associate it with a promotion group to determine how the evaluation happens. Pricing Admin OR Pricing Design Time User
Business Executive Users can view the configuration of promotions created by others in their team. Promotion Viewer
Translators Users who translate promotions Promotion Viewer
Assign the required permission sets to the users.
