            Enable Customer Segment Verification

            After you've completed the setup that enables marketing managers to use Data Cloud segments as promotion target audience, select how the Eligible Promotions API must verify customer segments.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Real-Time Offer Management and Data Cloud
            User Permissions Needed
            To enable verification of customers' Data Cloud segment: Customize Application

            Depending on which way your company wants the Eligible Promotions API to verify customer segments, complete these prerequisites before you turn on the setting:

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Global Promotions Management Settings, and then select Global Promotions Management Settings.
            2. Turn on Verify Customer Data Cloud Segment with Data Graphs.
            3. Select either Query API or Data graph.
