            Turn on Translations for Promotions

            Set up translation to show promotions to in-store employees, sales representatives, and customers in their preferred language. Add translation support for languages that your business runs promotions in, and assign translators permissions required to translate promotions.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Real-Time Offer Management
            1. Enable Data Translation
            2. Enable or Disable Translation Workbench
            3. Add Translated Languages and Translators
            4. Assign Permissions to Other Users

            Note

            If you've set up Global Promotions Management before Spring ’26, add the Translations tab and the Translation component to Promotions page layout. See Page Layouts.

            After you turn on data translation, the Translations tab is added to the Promotions record page.
