Configure Recommended Promotions Widget

Use the Recommended Promotions widget to show personalized promotions on your website. The widget includes a parent Flexcard to show a collection of promotions recommended for a customer and a child Flexcard to show the details of a promotion recommended for a customer. Clone the Recommended Promotions widget, configure it based on your requirement, and then, activate and deploy it.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Real-Time Offer Management. Additionally, you need Data Cloud and Personalization.
  1. Set up Omnistudio and OmniOut.
  2. Clone the parent and child Flexcard.
  3. Customize and preview the widget Flexcard.
  4. Activate the widget Flexcard.
  • Recommended Promotions Widget Template
    The Recommended Promotions widget template lets customers see promotions recommended for them. Customer can view the name, description, and coupon code of the recommended promotions. The widget also enables members to copy the coupon code.
