Promotion Personalization Data Kits
Use prebuilt data graphs and a preconfigured recommender to deliver personalized product recommendations to your customers.

Install the Promotion Personalization Unmanaged Package
Real-Time Offer Management provides an unmanaged package named Promotion Personalization, which includes two data kits. One data kit contains two data graphs: one for unified profiles and another for product. The other data kit contains a product recommender and its related configuration. Install the package to add the data kits to your org.
Create Data Graphs from the Promotion Personalization: Unified Profile and Product Data Kit
The data kit is automatically added to your org after you install the Promotion Personalization unmanaged package. Use the data kit to create these data graphs:
- Profiles: Real-time data graph which contains mappings for unified profiles that are
required to recommend promotions.
Important Before you create the profiles real-time data graph, make sure you have the appropriate licenses to create real-time data graphs and to use related real-time processes. See Data Cloud Editions and Licenses. - Products: Contains the product mappings that are required for recommender training.
After you create the data kits, save and run them.
Deploy the Recommender from Promotion Personalization: Recommender Data Kit
Deploy the Promotion Personalization: Recommender from Data Kits in setup. To verify if the deployment was successful, check the deployment history.
Create Data Graphs and Recommender from Scratch

Objective-Based RecommendersImportant Real-Time Offer Management uses the Item data graph to reference product information for recommender training. To retrieve product recommendations, create a data graph by using the related objects and fields from the Product2 DMO, instead of the objects and fields specified in the Item data graph.
