Data Load Widget

In Marketing Cloud Engagement, you can work faster with the data load widget. Add up to 10 programs that load Audience Builder data.

Because admin and business units can run their own programs, you can configure the data load widget for three scenarios.

• Enterprise-level admin: Data loads from the enterprise admin level and feeds down to the business units.
• Business unit level admin: Each business unit uses a data loading program isolated inside each business unit.
• Combined enterprise and business unit level admin: The enterprise admin level and business units use individual data loading programs.

Configure the data load widget from the admin account. Configure the widget to display in the enterprise-level account or in a business unit account. The configuration can point to local business unit programs or up to the enterprise admin level. A business unit can’t point to another business unit.

Audience Builder excludes standard data loaders that you’re not using from the daily automation. You receive a notification about outdated or inactive dimensions. You can reactivate the data loader by saving or publishing an audience. Data for the new dimension appears the next day, following the daily automation’s next run.
