eCommerce Dimension Package
Use the eCommerce Dimension Package in Audience Builder to import data directly into standard data extension templates.
These 31 dimension packages perform advanced segmentation on subscribers who previously purchased products. Your ecommerce data feeds must contain identifiable subscribers using either a subscriber key or the SubscriberID from Marketing Cloud Engagement.
Use query activities to join SubscriberID to a system data view. This action populates the Subscriber Key field in the data extension templates.
With the eCommerce Dimension Package, you can identify subscribers by these attributes.
- Purchased a specific product by name or hierarchy
- By date or number of days since last purchase
- Browsed your website for specific products
- By categories but didn’t purchase (requires the Web Analytics dimension package)
- Overdue for a specific product or product hierarchy
- Categorized as bargain shoppers, high-value customers, or seasonal customers
Prerequisites
To use these dimension packages, contact your account executive. Other requirements include the Audience Builder Drill Tree configuration and access to ecommerce data feeds.
