Use Audiences with Deprecated Exclusion Operators
Follow these steps to use audiences with deprecated exclusion operators in Audience Builder.
You can still send to filtered audiences or segments using the deprecated Is Not, Does Not Contain, and Not in List operators. The criteria still operate as usual, and you can also delete them to remove unwanted attributes. To add filters or segment criteria, recreate the audience using the Exclusion Tab:
- Recreate the filter and segment with the criteria you want to refine the audience.
- Add your exclusion criteria in the new Exclusions tab.
