Disconnect Synchronized Data Sources
To disconnect synchronized data sources, disconnect Marketing Cloud Connect. As part of this process, Synchronized Data Sources removes all synchronized data extensions, the Contacts attribute group, and the synchronized data source. Only disconnect these tools when necessary, because data is removed from Marketing Cloud Engagement, which can disrupt your marketing activities.
- In Marketing Cloud Engagement, hover over Welcome and click Administration.
- Click Salesforce Integration.
- Click Disconnect.
- Click Confirm.
The Salesforce integration is unavailable until the process completes.
