Edit Data Extensions in Data Designer

Follow these steps to edit data extensions from Data Designer in Contact Builder.

1. To modify information, click the record within the currently viewed data extension.
2. Make your changes. You can perform this action on the first 200 records within each data extension.
3. Choose the Sendable checkbox for any data extension within Data Designer to make that data extension usable for sends to your contacts.
   

   Note Changing record information in a data extension affects how this record shows up in filters for sends. Ensure that you understand how this change affects your activities before you change the data.
4. Click Save.
