Enabling Contact Events in Marketing Cloud Engagement requires admin permissions. It’s
scheduled for feature retirement, and we recommend that you filter or query activities in
Automation Studio.
In Contact Builder, click Contacts Configuration.
In the Contact Events section, click Enabled.
