Synchronized Data Source Row Count and Progress Information

Each synchronized entity in Contact Builder includes a status bar for the synchronization process.

• Populating—The Row Count field shows the updated number of rows in the synchronized data source. The progress bar shows the overall progress of the synchronization. You can’t access the synchronized data source information until the process completes. The population process doesn’t synchronize updated information from the Sales or Service Cloud until the initial synchronization completes.
• Field Updating—The Row Count field shows the current number of rows in the synchronized data source. The progress bar shows the number of rows updated with the new field in the Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Refreshing—The Row Count fields show the updated number of rows in the synchronized data source. The progress bar shows the overall progress of the synchronization. You can access the synchronized data source during the operation. The population process doesn’t synchronize updated information from the Sales or Service Cloud until the synchronization completes.

Long-running processes display a start time for the synchronization process to help you understand and evaluate the estimated completion time.
