Use Einstein Recommendations in Your Emails
Add an Einstein Recommendations content block to your messages. At open, Einstein selects content from the content catalog that best engages each subscriber.
Make sure that your content catalog is published in Einstein Recommendations. The side panel is available only in the US. If you don’t see the side panel, use the Insert Einstein Email Recommendations Code instructions to copy and insert the Einstein Email Recommendations code into your email.
- Drag Einstein Recommendations content block into an email message.
- Modify the display, scenarios, and layout as needed using the side panel.
