You are here:
Set Up Nested Content Tags
Better organize and manage your content tags using nested, or hierarchical, content tagging.
To set up nested tagging, first delete your current tags, which can take up to 24 hours.
- From Setup, go to Platform Tools, Einstein, then Einstein Content Tagging.
- Turn off tagging and click the Delete Tags button. Wait up to 24 hours for tags to delete.
-
Reactivate tagging. The new tags are generated by grouping a member’s tags under the member
identifier, plus ECT, for example: 123456 ECT. All tags end in .ai, for example: penguins.ai. A
fully nested Einstein Content tag appears as 123456 ECT with penguins.ai nested under it.
If you use Einstein Content Tagging within Einstein Content Selection, continue with these steps also.
- From Setup, go to Platform Tools, Einstein, then Einstein Content Selection.
- Click Deactivate under Activate Automated Tagging with Einstein Content Tagging. Wait at least an hour before you continue.
- Activate the Automated Tagging with Einstein Content Tagging option.
