Folder Management
Store images, documents, templates, emails, and more in the same or different folders in Marketing Cloud Engagement Content Builder. Create, rename, move, or delete folders by right-clicking in the appropriate folder space.
| Folder Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Create Folders | Create your own folder structure by right-clicking on Content Builder or a parent folder to create a subfolder. |
| Rename a Folder | Rename any of the folders you've created. You cannot rename the default root folder, Content Builder. |
| Move a Folder | Adjust your folder structure by making the top-level folders you've created into subfolders of other folders, or by promoting subfolders. You cannot move the default root folders, Content Builder. Also, the order in which the folders appear in your folder structure is alphabetical. To display folders in a different order, rename them. |
| Delete a Folder | You can only delete empty folders. You cannot delete the default root folders, Content Builder. To delete a folder that contains content, move the content into a different folder before deleting the folder. If the content in the folder is no longer needed, delete the content before deleting the folder. |
