Set Content Approval Permissions

Configure approval permissions in Content Builder for Marketing Cloud Engagement.

1. In Engagement, hover over your name and click Setup.
2. In the Account dropdown, click Users.
3. Select the checkbox next to the user’s name and click Manage Roles.
4. Click Edit Permissions.
5. For Workflows and Approvals, click the plus sign to show the permission categories.
6. Select the permissions you want that user to have.
