Add a Distributed Marketing Attachment Block

Follow these steps to add the Distributed Marketing attachment block to Content Builder.

Required Editions

To use attachments, enable them in Your Marketing Cloud Engagement account. After they’re enabled, update the connection information in the Distributed Marketing admin page.

User Permissions Needed
To add the Distributed Marketing Text Block: Installed Package | Administer permission.
  1. In Marketing Cloud Engagement, navigate to Setup.
  2. Select Apps under Platform Tools.
  3. Select Installed Packages.
  4. Select the Distributed Marketing Package.
  5. Select Add Component.
  6. Select Custom Content Block.
  7. Select Next.
  8. Name the block.
  9. Add a description, such as Allow DM business users to attach files.
  10. Click the appropriate link. A window opens showing the URL you must copy and paste into your browser.
