Tracking Overview Tab

Tracking data is organized into these sections.

• The Summary section shows data related to subscribers to whom the email was sent.

  Total Sent	Total count of subscribers to whom the email was sent.
  Data Extensions	The names of the data extensions or lists used for the send.
  Total Not Sent	The total number of subscribers on a list who weren't sent the email for these reasons.
  	Duplicate	The number of duplicate email addresses found on the list that were removed before sending.
  	Error Count	An aggregate count of the total number of subscribers who weren't sent the email because an error occurred while the email was being built.
  	Excluded Count	An aggregate count of the total number of subscribers excluded during sending by an exclusion rule.
  	Unsubscribe Count	The number of subscribers not sent the email because they were unsubscribed at send time, including account-level and global opt-outs.
  	Held Count	The number of subscribers not sent the email because their address is in Held status, usually from previous hard bounces.
  	List Detective Count	The number of subscribers excluded by List Detective.
  	Suppression List	The total number of subscribers excluded by suppression lists, shown as an aggregate with these specific reasons. Domain Exclusion: Subscribers excluded because their email domain is on a domain exclusion list. Auto Suppression: Subscribers excluded by automatic suppression. DE Target: Subscribers excluded because they're on a data extension used as a suppression source. Opt Out List: Subscribers excluded because they're on an opt-out list. List Suppression: Subscribers excluded because they're on a suppressed list. DE Exclusion: Subscribers excluded by a data extension exclusion. Custom Object Suppression: Subscribers excluded by a custom object used for suppression. Filter Suppression: Subscribers excluded by a suppression filter. Data Source: Subscribers excluded because they're on a data source used for suppression.
  	Email Address Not Found	The number of subscribers who weren't sent the email because the email address field was empty.
  Not Sent Reasons	Types of issues encountered when sending the email and the count related to each issue.
  Excluded List Count Details	A breakdown of the excluded subscriber counts by list.

• The Send Performance section lists the types of email bounces and the count related to each type.
• The Open Performance section shows the number of subscribers who opened the email.
• The Inbox Activity section includes the counts for clicked links, opened emails, and forwarded emails.
• The Unengaged Subscribers section shows the number of subscribers who haven't opened the email or clicked the link in the email.
• The Forward to a Friend Activity section shows the number of subscribers who forwarded the email and the new subscribers who have signed up.
