Get Started with GroupConnect

If you have administrative rights in GroupConnect, get started with GroupConnect by adding LINE channels within the Setup app.

1. In the app switcher, hover over your name and click Setup.
2. Search for LINE.
3. Click Register New.
4. Add the LINE Channel ID.
5. Name your LINE channel.
6. Add the LINE Channel Secret.
7. Click Save.
   

   Note After you’ve registered a new channel, it can take up to 30 minutes before you can send messages.

• Edit or Deactivate a LINE Channel
  If you have administrative rights in GroupConnect, you can edit or deactivate LINE channels within the Setup app.
