Get Started with GroupConnect
If you have administrative rights in GroupConnect, get started with GroupConnect by adding LINE channels within the Setup app.
Before you add a LINE Channel, gather this data from the LINE Developer Console:
- LINE Channel ID
- LINE Channel Secret
- In the app switcher, hover over your name and click Setup.
- Search for LINE.
- Click Register New.
- Add the LINE Channel ID.
- Name your LINE channel.
- Add the LINE Channel Secret.

Click Save.
Note After you’ve registered a new channel, it can take up to 30 minutes before you can send messages.
- Edit or Deactivate a LINE Channel
If you have administrative rights in GroupConnect, you can edit or deactivate LINE channels within the Setup app.
