Simplify complex information and guide customers through product demonstrations using
the interactive WhatsApp Carousel Template. For example, if a customer is interested in your
apparel offers, send them a carousel featuring up to 10 selected items. Each item can include an
image or video, offer details, and a Call to Action to streamline the buying process. This
template supports up to 10 cards.
Select the carousel template you created in the WhatsApp Business management console.
Select the language you want to use, then click Next.
Enter the body text and replace the variable values.
In the Carousel section, click the Edit icon to customize the
card.
Select the image or video you want to use as the header, based on the media type you
selected when creating the template.
If the message body contains text variables, enter the text to replace the
variables.
Add button details to prompt customer actions such as quick reply, phone number, or
URL. Each card can include up to two of these buttons, and at least one button is
required.
Click Proceed.
Repeat step 5 to personalize each card.
(Optional) In the Carousel section, drag the cards to rearrange them in the desired
order.
