          Connection Management in Marketing Intelligence

          Monitor and manage your Marketing Intelligence data source connections from a single, centralized location.

          Access Connection Management from Setup → Data Management → Connections. This screen gives you a unified view of all your data source connections, their health status, and the pipelines they support. This centralized visibility helps you quickly identify and resolve issues before they disrupt your reporting pipelines.

          Connection Statuses

          Connection Management uses statuses to help you evaluate connection state and urgency.

          • Active — The connection is available and ready for scheduled processing.
          • Processing — The connection is currently running or being processed.
          • Expired — Authentication is no longer valid and user action is needed.
          • Error — The connection encountered a problem and requires investigation.

          What You Can Do with Connection Management

          • View all connections in one place instead of checking individual pipeline settings
          • Monitor connection health at a glance with status indicators
          • See which pipelines each connection supports
          • Create a new data source connection
          • Edit existing connection configurations
          • Re-authenticate expired connections without rebuilding them
          • Remove connections that are no longer needed
          • Identify and prioritize issues faster when connections need attention
