| User Permissions Needed | |

- In Marketing Intelligence, select Data Management, and then select Data Pipelines.
-
From the data pipeline you want to analyze, expand the actions menu, and select Pivot
Table.
Marketing Intelligence opens a report in Salesforce Report Builder. The report is prefiltered for the selected pipeline and includes the default dimensions and measurements for that pipeline type.
- To change how the data is organized, add, remove, or reorder fields under Group Rows.
- Under Columns, review the selected measurements and add or remove measurements as needed. Available measurements depend on the data pipeline.
- To narrow the results, add an aggregate filter.
- To visualize the results, click Add Chart, select a chart type, and configure its value and grouping.
- Set whether the report shows subtotals and the grand total.
- Click Run to review the complete report.
-
Click Save or Save & Run, enter the
report details, and select a report folder.
The saved pivot table is available from Marketing Intelligence on the Reports tab.
To examine a group, select a chart value, or open the grouped result and apply a drill-down grouping.
To work with the results outside Salesforce, export the report as a CSV or Excel file. Data 360 report display and export limits apply.
