Create an SMS Keyword Opt-Out Message in MobileConnect

Use the SMS Keyword Opt-out template to unsubscribe Australian contacts and subscribers from receiving SMS messages in MobileConnect.

1. On the MobileConnect Overview screen, click Create Message.
2. Select the SMS Keyword Opt-Out template.
3. Enter a name for the message.
4. Select the long code to use.
5. Select or create the keyword.
6. Select whether you want the message to appear as sent from the long code or a from name.
7. Select Unsubscribe from Keyword.
8. Move to the next page.
9. Enter the messages.
10. Enter the rest of the information.
11. Move to the next page and review the message information.
12. Set the dates that the message is active.
13. Set the keyword response window, which is the time period that the message interacts with incoming messages.
14. Schedule or send the message.
