Supported and Unsupported Markets in MobileConnect

Supported Market Requirements

To be listed as a supported market for SMS messages sent from Salesforce, your country must meet these requirements.

• Deliverability rates must meet or exceed 70% from each of these senders: Salesforce, tier 1 international partners, and all major network carriers.
• Messages must be delivered to at least 10% of the market's population.
• One-way messages sent with numeric or alphanumeric codes must be measurable by Salesforce and tier 1 international partners. These messages ‌must also exceed the 70% deliverability rate.
• Salesforce only supports code types and messaging programs that maintain regulatory compliance and customer trust.

Supported Markets

These countries and regions are where Marketing Cloud has an established relationship with an aggregator to support the sending of SMS messages. Engagement product and support teams can help you send SMS messages and troubleshoot sending issues.

Unsupported Markets

These countries or regions are locations where Marketing Cloud doesn’t formally support SMS sending. You can send messages to unsupported markets, but Engagement product and support teams can’t troubleshoot any issues.
