Use a Date-Based Send

You can send messages on significant dates for each of your contacts in Mobile

For example, Northern Trail Outfitters sends an SMS on each contact’s birthday and NTO subscription anniversary.

Create a filtered list with the subscribers you want to send to.
1. Select the attribute that you want to filter on. For example, select SubscriptionDate to filter the contact’s subscription anniversary.
2. Set the value for the attribute. For example, select equal Today to send a message on the day of the contact’s anniversary.
Create an outbound message.
1. To ensure that you have the most up-to-date list to send to, select auto-refresh .
Send the message to the filtered list.
