Inactivate a Push Notification
When you create and schedule a message, the message status is set to active. An active message sends as scheduled. To keep a push notification from functioning in MobilePush, change the message status to inactive.
Note You can only inactivate a message that has not yet started to
send.
- In Overview, click the message.
- Review the status of the message.
- Click Make Inactive.
Note You cannot reactivate an inactive message. However, you can create an
active copy of an inactive message.
