Message and Job Statuses

Learn about the message and job statuses that are shown on the Sends page in MobilePush.

These are the possible message or job statuses:

Canceled

The message or job was canceled. If you cancel a message send that’s in progress, jobs that haven’t started sending are canceled.

Completed

The message or job finished with no errors.

Failed

An error occurred. Some or all of the message or job didn’t complete.

In progress

The message or job is being sent or running.

Paused

The message or job is paused.

Scheduled

The message or job is scheduled for a future time.
