          Configure a Financial Services Onboarding Journey

          Streamline onboarding for new clients with this Package Manager solution.

          If you haven’t deployed this solution, before you begin, deploy the Financial Services Onboarding solution.

          1. Add subscriber data to personalize the message.
            1. In Contact Builder, select Data Extensions.
            2. Expand the Data Extensions folder, and select the Industry Solutions folder.
            3. Select the Financial Services - Customer Info data extension, and add your customer data to the relevant fields.
          2. Open Journey Builder to configure the journey.
          3. Rename the journey.
            1. In Journey Builder, select Folders.
            2. In the folder that you deployed the solution to, select Financial Services Onboarding.
            3. Rename the journey to reflect your campaign.
          4. Configure the API Event.
          5. Customize and test all the emails in the journey using the instructions in the email templates.
          6. To open a case for unhappy customers, configure a Case Activity.
          7. To successfully activate the journey, configure Journey Settings.
            1. Select Contact Entry mode.
            2. Select a source for Default Email Address.
          8. In the Welcome Email 3a - Survey and Welcome Email 3a - Survey Reminder emails, open the survey forms and make sure that they update the Rating field in the Financial Services - Onboarding Feedback data extension.
            This data extension drives the Survey Rating decision split in the journey.
          9. In the Welcome Email 3b Profile Building email, open the survey form and make sure that it updates the ProfileBuildingCompleted field in the Financial Services - Onboarding Customer Info data extension.
            This data extension drives the Completed Profile? decision split in the journey.
          10. Set a goal for your journey.
          11. Activate the journey.
