Configure an Einstein Web Recommendations Scenario

Determine which recommendation scenarios to use in Einstein Web Recommendations.

1. Click the recommendation to configure.
2. On the Scenarios tab, select a scenario and click Add.

   For details about what each scenario does, see Einstein Recommendation Scenarios.

3. Click all areas and select a recommendation area.
4. Add more scenarios if you want.

   Personalization Builder returns predictions from the top-ranked scenario. To remove a scenario from the canvas, click .

5. To reorder the priority of scenarios, drag them into the order from top to bottom.
6. To use waterfall predictions, select Enable Waterfall Prediction.

7. To suppress system-generated scenarios, select Disable System Scenarios.
8. Save your configuration.

   To restore the default scenario configuration, click Restore to Default Best Practices and click Save.
